Flex Credits are a flexible credit system for the 48LABS ecosystem. 1 Flex Credit equals $10 of approved catalog value. Credits can be applied to selected Studio rentals, creative services, add-ons, production support, and digital services.

Credits can be applied to selected services across the 48LABS ecosystem:
- Studio rentals
- Creative services
- Add-ons
- Production support
- Digital services
Credits may be combined with cash. Credits can only be applied to approved eligible catalog items. Credits are redeemed at checkout or at invoicing.
Credits expire after 12 months from the date of issuance. Credits are nonrefundable. Credits have no cash value.
Credits cannot be applied to memberships, taxes, pass-through costs, travel, advertising spend, rush fees, outside labor, subrentals, complex animation, or undefined quote-only work. Credits are nonrefundable and have no cash value.
Credits ≠ Memberships
Credits and memberships are separate concepts. Memberships provide recurring rental access to specific rooms. Credits are a flexible value that can be applied to a wide range of services and rentals — not just room time.
